Gays have tons of CASH....and love to spend it.  One thing most notably obvious about is their Chivalrous spending habits. 

Gays are known to splurge with ease. Money is never an issue to a homosexual. It's part of their culture to not live a little...but live a Lot; and by that I mean Shopping-sprees at High-end Stores, Fashion Accessories, Sports Cars, Trips to Resorts, Vacation-trips to exotic locations, needless exhibitions of Flamboyance and Cocaine....lots of Cocaine. 

My first roommate was a 40+ yr old Gay Man. He loved life dearly and often partied every night after work. Victor (his name) wouldn't arrive home till the wee hours of the morning; fall asleep for about an hour or two and be off again to work. This was his daily routine but he never looked tired and like most Homosexuals was usually cheerful. 

Being addicted to Crack, Victor suffered frequent visual hallucinations; believing he was under scrutiny by Federal authorities, just as in the case of Russel Crowe's Character in a Beautiful Mind. 

Victor was really generous and even sometimes...too generous. First of all, he charged a lowly $250 dollars as Monthly rent for the Room I sheltered in. Rooms-for-rent in New York City in 2005 scaled from $800 to $1,200, depending on the part of the City you were renting from. To have to pay such an affordable amount for housing in any part of New York usually required the willingness to perform services on the part of the Rentee....wink! wink!. 

Most spaces listed on Craigslist.org with affordable prices, were geared towards women. Some of these Landlords would provide specific details of sexual favors in exchange for subsidized or discounted rent. 

These were devious acts issued by these unscrupulous weirdo-Landlords who found no shame in taking advantage of the direly Financial situations of some unfortunate Women. 

Come to think of it...I wonder if anyone signed up for that sort of thing?

Victor never requested nor expected any favors in return for the discount. He was just aa warm-hearted individual, who grew up in a home that was prejudice towards his sexuality, constantly persecuted him and left him emotionally scarred in that process.

However, he grew up to be a rather Skinny individual with a huge heart. He was kind enough to hook me up with invitations to the City's biggest parties and often share his meals with me.

If it wasn't for Vicktor, I would have probably been a College drop-out by now, because I couldn't make ends meet whilst in School, taking care of my daughter and myself.

What motivates a Killer? What's the engine that drives a person to take the life of another
person? Why do some people have an aversion towards violent behavior whereas
others remain in an unflinching drive to Kill others.

To begin with this analysis, let's first delve into the primary goal
of man.

Mans foremost primary objective is to sustain it's own life before the lives of others. This factor inherently applies to all living creatures.

Why would a man with such substantial knowledge embedded in his DNA, be capable of committing the heinous of Murder.

The motivation behind all this, is MOTIVE. It should be understood that Man kills (in most cases) when the right motive presents itself, usually in the form of Self-defense, to avoid pain and suffering i.e. Theft, Larceny or to Alleviate symptoms with inexplicable causes i.e. Mass-murdering/Serial Killing.

Police always underline motive in their investigations. Motive plays a huge factor in decision making. Some of you may be familiar with the saying "A hungry man, is an Angry man."

That quote serves as the explanation for all Deaths resulting from Armed-Robberies at Neighborhood Grocery Stores and Homes.

When Hunger, Poverty and other forms of Suffering coagulates to form an imminently grave "Situation", where fear of death through Suffering can occur, then then that situation is capable of Motivating Man. When Man is seized in that Situation's destructive web, he finds himself intently adamant to rid himself of the circumstances. This may be transmitted in the decision to uphold the property of another, who is free from entanglement. The Sufferer will attempt to do whatever necessary to secure himself in this place of Financial Freedom; even Killing members of the other party and those nearby if possible.

O.J. killed his wife because she believed his wife to be with another
man so probably feeling emasculated, attemped to heal his wounds by
killing his wife and her lover.

Yes he did Kill her....get over it.

Men go to war because each side believes the other to be liable for
wrongdoing and since a verbal agreement can't be reached then military
warfare ensues.

Each soldier on the battlefield is motivated by fear of dying. This fear thrusts the Soldier in a destructive, desensitized state, which is conducive for Killing.

Fear of dying; in order to avoid death and return home to his loved
ones and fear of suffering a painful death.
